Elasticity and strength of ULTRAGEL padding

A project I’m working on requires some sort of conformable padding, beyond foam and other similar materials. Finding a gel-type pad in large format but small quantities proved challenging. Finally found some ULTRAGEL on Amazon, and I’m impressed!
